Site Services
AVAILABLE IN:
Minnesota & Western WI. and in special circumstances elsewhere.
Over time an experienced designer figures out when its good to be on site and when its best to hang back and let the artisans work. Other times it’s just really nice to have the designer on hand to lay things out and assure things go smooth.
From painting the Initial hardscape layout on the ground with the client, to plant layout you have the option to hire us to be on site as little or as much as you would like.
A talented experienced contractor or install crew should be able to take a plan and run with it, working through any hurdles that may occur however, designer input or daily check ins onsite can be helpful.
PRICING:
We are also available to the DIYer or their crew/company that may be installing a project. We don’t sit idle. If we are onsite, we’ll be working. Our hourly rate is $95.00/hr and billed in 15 min increments (23.75). Locally it seems fair to split the drive time so, one way drive time will be billed. Out of the area, flights, lodging & transportation would need to be negotiated.

Driveway layout can be tricky. This home was built with the extended family in mind , so lots of vehicles could potentially be utilizing the drive so adding in the island helped visually and with function. Turn around drives need to be carefully planned and ideally try to drive them before the drive goes in to make changes before the surface gets installed . The design was installed By Lammscapes of Jackson... and I wish i had a few more photos of the back yard!
This was a tuck under garage the circular patio was part of the driveway inside the seat walls is also the old drive. I carefully methodically marked off the driveway potrions that were staying and were going. Lammscapes crews from Jackson. WI AND the homeowner nailed this on the fly design, but since it was a sketch and field markings it required quite a bit of Site time.
